How long will it take to receive my ordered products?

Delivery times vary.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day and delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that we have in stock at an external warehouse, the delivery time is 5-7 days. Orders received during weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

 

Can I return products if they don't meet my expectations?

You can exchange products for others or request a refund. If you notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused; otherwise, exchanges and refunds are not possible. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.

 

Are the packages discreet?

We guarantee 100% discretion. Ordered products are packaged in discreet packaging without logos. We also offer the option to pick up your package at a GLS parcel machine.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for purchases under €60.00 are €4.88, while shipping is free for orders over €60.00.

 

What should I do if I'm not home during delivery?

If you are not home during delivery, the postal worker or GLS courier will leave a notice in your mailbox indicating where you can pick up your package at your post office or parcel machine.

 

Can you send my package via postal service?

We can deliver your package to a GLS parcel machine, where you can pick it up discreetly.

 

Do you have a store where I can view the products?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer a 14-day return period if you are not satisfied with the product.

 

What are the payment options?

We offer payment via credit and debit cards, PayPal, cash on delivery, meaning you can pay in cash.
